What is a commercial lease contract?
The commercial lease is a contract by which an owner, the lessoris renting out one or more premises for the operation of a business assets of an industrial or craft nature.
The issues of the commercial lease
The writing of a commercial lease must be precise because it commits the lessor to a minimum duration of 9 years. It is important to provide a clear framework for the lessee to know his obligations to the lessor.
The activity which will be exercised in the premises subject to the lease must be precisely detailed. Indeed, the lessee will only be able to exercise the activity that he/she has designated in the contract.
