LEGAL PILOT is a software publisher, co-founded by two Lyon-based law firms: MAGS and SHIFT avocats.
It publishes the SaaS software Legal Pilot which allows its users to manage in a collaborative way the entire life cycle of their contracts in a single tool.
Legal Pilot invite all Visitor to read them carefully. If the Visitor is disagree with the terms of the Conditions it him is strongly recommended not to use the Site.
The following definitions in the singular shall also apply to the plural, and vice versa, depending on the context.
"Content"means elements of a textual, graphic or audiovisual nature which may be protected under French intellectual property law.
"Data"means any information, data of a personal or non-personal nature, directly or indirectly attached to a Visitor.
"Legal Pilot "refers to SAS Legal Pilot.
"Website"means the LEGAL PILOT website, whose main address is www.legal-pilot.com and all associated sites linked to www.legal-pilot.com by LEGAL PILOT and its affiliated distributors, worldwide and in particular sites with an editorial section such as a blog. The Site includes all IT components (in particular software and IT developments and web pages, including source and object code programs, domain names, preparatory design work, specifications and preliminary studies, user documentation, database), graphic design (including projects, models, prototypes and plans), content (in particular textual, graphic, sound, photographic and multimedia elements) and functionalities, as well as all the related rights
"Visitor"means all internet user browsing the Site without creating an associated account or followed byhe sharing linkto the exclusion of any software agent.

ARTICLE 2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The Site runs on Mac and Windows.
In order to take full advantage of the use of the Site, the Visitor is advised to keep his operating system (OS) up to date and to use an up-to-date version of his internet browser. For optimal use of the Site, the Visitor is advised to use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.

Legal Pilot is and remains the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights on the Siteits Contents and all its components.

All system licenses, databases, programming interface, hardware, storage, backup and security products related to the Site are the property of Legal Pilot.

Unless otherwise agreed and on purpose from Legal Pilot, Legal Pilot grants only to the Visitor a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable right of access to the Sitefor the duration of the its use and for the whole world. Unless otherwise agreed and on purpose from Legal Pilot, the Visitor is strictly forbidden from any other use, in particular any adaptation, modification, translation, arrangement, distribution, decompilation, without this list being restrictive.
Therefore, unless otherwise provided or authorised in writing from Legal Pilot, the Visitor is not allowed to do any of the following

The brands and distinguishing features of Legal Pilot, as well as brands and distinguishing marks partners of Legal Pilot are registered trademarks. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and/or distinguishing marks without the prior written permission of Legal Pilot is prohibited.
3.3. Ownership of Data
Legal Pilot does not own any Data appartenant to the Visitor.
In any case, Legal Pilot is not responsible for the content of the Data du Visitor that the Visitor can create on the Site, in particular via the contact form available at : https://legal-pilot.com/fr/contact-logiciel-automatisation-documents/in respect of any prejudice or infringement of the rights of third parties, and in particular any act of counterfeitingslander, defamation, insult and, more generally, any act constituting an offence or crime sanctioned by French legislation in force, which could be found in said contact form.
The Visitor undertakes to indemnify, defend and protect Legal Pilot and its subcontractors, at its own expense, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), allegations or liabilities arising:

- à any violation of French or international laws as a result of the Data;
- at illegal, immoral, infringing or defamatory, or allegedly illegal, immoral, infringing or defamatory nature of the Data.
3.4. Special authorisations
The Visitor is exceptionally allowed to reproduce a minor part of the Contenus editorials for the purpose of sharing them, particularly on social networks.
This right is granted on a non-exclusive basis for the world and the duration of intellectual property protection.ctuality recognised by French law for the work concerned. This right is also granted on the express condition that the Visitor quotes the source of this content and creates a hypertext link to the URL address of origine.
ARTICLE 4. PERSONAL DATA
The Visitor is guest to be consulted the document's Personal data protection policy from Legal Pilot which forms an integral part of the present Conditions.
ARTICLE 5. LIABILITY OF LEGAL PILOT
5.1. With regard to the Data and other content published on the Site
With the exception of the infrastructure of the Site as such, Legal Pilot is not responsible for Data, and other non actually created by Legal Pilot and accessible on the Site.
As a host ofsaid Data and other content not actually createds Legal Pilot, Legal Pilot is submittede to the regime provided for in articles 6.I.2 et seq. of the law nº2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy. Legal Pilot foraIn this context, remove the Data and other content not actually created by Legal Pilot clearly unlawful which him will be notified.
5.2. Limitation of liability of Legal Pilot
Legal Pilot only makes available to Visitors no material, telephone installation, terminal equipment, consumables or other. Regardless of the connection method chosen, the connection costs are borne byu Visitorand any amount, fee, registration, tax or other charge that may be required by the providers of access to the telecommunication networks connecting the Visitors to the Site.
Legal Pilot makes its best efforts to ensure the availability of the Site. However, the Visitors are informed that the Site is not subject to any obligation of availability, accessibility or performance. As such, the Visitor can in no way take advantage of any defect in the site that would prevent its use or degrade the user experience.
Notwithstanding the above limitations, the Site is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Legal Pilot shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or expenses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from malfunction, interruption due to maintenance, technical failure of the server hosting the Site or related to interruption of Internet access or any other cause, a virus, or a line or system problem.

These Conditions are governed by French law even if one of the parties is of foreign nationality and/or the contract would be executed in whole or in part abroad.
In the event of any discrepancy in the interpretation of a translated version, only the French version of these terms and conditions shall be binding.
Any dispute or difference arising from the validity, interpretation and/or performance of thee presentnyourAny dispute that the Parties are unable to resolve amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the materially competent Court of Lyon, even in the event of multiple defendants, summary proceedings or warranty claims.
