What is a summons?
The assignment is a document by which a legal claim is formed. By this act, the Applicant comes to quote the Defendantthe other party, to appear before a court.
The challenges of the assignment
The assignment is a document initiating proceedings which must comply with a certain formalism in order to be admissible.
As a result, several information is mandatory and must not be neglected, otherwise the claim may be declared inadmissible and a judgment may be given against the claimant on the basis of the evidence provided by the other party.
