What is a publishing contract?

The publishing contract of a book is a contract under which the author gives way to a publisherIn return for remuneration, the right to make or have made in number copies of the work or to produce it in digital form. It is up to the publisher to ensure publication and the distribution.

Every year, the AGOA (or Ordinary Annual General Meeting) allows the partners to approve the accounts for the past financial year and to decide how to allocate the results. Approval of the accounts is only possible at the Ordinary General Meeting, which must be held no later than 6 months after the end of the company's financial year, which lasts 12 months. The managing director must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at least fifteen days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting.
