What is a commercial lease contract?<\/h2>

The commercial lease<\/strong> is a contract by which an owner, the lessor<\/strong>is renting out one or more premises<\/strong> for the operation of a business assets<\/strong> of an industrial or craft nature.\u00a0<\/p>

The issues of the commercial lease\u00a0<\/h2>

The writing<\/strong> of a commercial lease must be precise because it commits the lessor to a minimum duration of 9 years.<\/strong> It is important to provide a clear framework for the lessee to know his obligations to the lessor.\u00a0<\/p>

The activity<\/strong> which will be exercised in the premises subject to the lease must be precisely detailed. Indeed, the lessee will only be able to exercise the activity that he\/she has designated in the contract.\u00a0<\/p>
